question about phpbb to nuke

I have a question about phpbb to nuke and do I need it?

I have a phpbb forum, its a very old version 2.0.11, but it has about 600 members and a couple years of discussions. I would really like to keep all the members accounts. We recently purchased a nuke theme and are currently setting it up in a staging site. I believe I have Raven Nuke 2.10.01
The theme we purchased came with a matching PHPBB forum. So not sure if I want to make my database into a nuke one if the forum is still going to be PHPbb. So I was wondering is it possible to take all the member accounts from my phpbb database and somehow add them to my nuke one so that all our members could already be able to login to the website without having to re-register. Would this even work? What I want is for members to be able to login to the website and be able to go straight to the forum without having to login twice. I hope this made sense and hopefully yall can point me in the right direction or let me know what my options are.

It may not work with such an old phpBB version or a custom distribution like RavenNuke. You may need to modify your tables to get them to match.

This will not merge user accounts. As such, your Nuke users will get replaced with those of your phpBB users.

A few days ago I figured out. The answer to my question was in the topic that brought me here in the first place which is the same one you told me to check in your reply http://evaders.swrebellion.com/forums/postp71.html#71

I did update my phpbb forum up to 2.0.23 first though, going 1 by 1 because I wasn't sure if I could just go straight to 2.0.23 all the way from 2.0.11

I also did the phpbbtonuke 2.0.23 on my nuke phpbb forum becasue it was at 2.0.22

Your script was so quick and easy I couldn't believe it took me days to figure everything out and your script took only a few minutes.
