Also, the ViewCVS script was fixed! Had to play with a lot of permissions and get it configured with Suexec or something...

You'll also note I'm moving things up to 3.2
With the recent changes, I'm going to start tracking things for the next upgrade. Don't worry, it won't affect anyone using the latest Patched set just yet.

But if you are sticking with 3.1, be prepared to upgrade once 3.2 is ever released
