delete topic on phpBB 2.0.22

I have a forum topic that has been spammed to the max. Is there anyway to delete the topic within a forum? specifically the site is www.wisechoice.net/discuss the forum is For wives, friends, and others
and the spam topic is at the top of the list "Play now Jackpot UK casino"

The username of the spammer has already been deleted.

If it can be done what would you charge?

Seems like if you run the forum, you should be able to do that yourself.

I don't understand what the issue is. It's not even phpNuke related, its phpBB.
