access denied during admin login

I'm using Nuke 7.6 w/ alot of mods & patches.
Suddenly when I try to login as admin (in IE7), I get 'access denied', but it shows a couple of admin options that when clicked, go to nowhere.
If I try to login w/Firefox, same deal, except it seems that a language file is missing....

You've given me assistance a couple years ago, for a great price, that helped perfectly.
