Drop Down Menu System

I'm looking for a good drop down menu system that I can add to the header section of my theme for phpNuke 7.8. It must be horizontal and be able to drop more than one -sub menu-.

Easily configurable as to size and colors - and changing links as suits my needs. I've been through probably a dozen different types of drop down menus today and I've had it. They all work BEAUTIFULLY on the Firefox testing but fail miserably on Internet Explorer. They don't drop down or they don't show up.

I'm in a time crunch - sorta promised I could do this and then realized I can't get it to work in IE, so now I'm screwed.
