hey sup, anyone know what to do bout this error im getting it after i post a new topic.

i also was getting it with attachments in the topic review, which i fixed by taking out attachments in topic review.php at posting.php but this one i cant find ne where, ne help.
I don't know what mod that is, but it has something to do with a missing table column - forum_notify
