This seems to be borked code in every release, probably somewhere down the line in BBToNuke, it was added incorrectly

FIND, IN-LINE

" . time() . "

REPLACE WITH

'" . addslashes($reg_date) . "'

(Please note the singlequote-doublequote marks)

FIND, IN-LINE

'$reg_date'

REPLACE WITH

'" . str_replace("\'", "''", $user_dateformat) . "'
